Hannah's Book Love

Here to express my love for books and my feelings on the things I read! I'm new to the Blog world, This is my first one, and i'm also new to Reviewing so bare with me as I learn the ropes :)
SPOILER ALERT!

Amazing!

Ruin - Rachel Van Dyken

If I had of listened to my first thoughts on this book I wouldnt have read it, Because to think that the main romance is the book is going to end with death, why would i want to read that? But boy was i wrong....

My second thoughts were a little off base too, I got a weird 50 shades of gray vibe from the main characters, The whole, Innocent girl, Rich not so Innocent guy, Stalker type and blah blah blah... But again.. I was wrong..

This book was nothing at all like i expected, It was Refreshing to read, So funny at parts and also sad, I found myself laughing through my tears because the Characters were always trying to look on the bright side of a dark dark situation..

I Loved all the main Characters, Weston was Just so sweet and sexy, Its so sad when bad things happen to good people,
Kiersten was amazing through out the whole book! Wes helped her come out of herself and her Depression that was left over after her parents death, but after she came out of her shell she was so great when it came to being there for her friends and doing the right thing.
Gabe was one of my favorites he was funny, Also being the witty one with something to say, He was so protective of Kiersten even thought they had only met days/weeks before, he was a big brother to her.
and Lastly Lisa, The Best friend and roommate of Kiersten and Cousin of Gabe, She was fun to read about because shes the type that wants to know every detail of your date so she can live through you.

I absolutely loved this book, Id recommend it to anyone, I read it in 2 nights.. I would have finished it in 1 if i didn't want to get some sleep.
It didnt slow down was none stop cute/funny/sad/touching and just everything in one... I cant believe I got this as a free eBook..It was to good to be free..

SPOILER ALERT!

Alien Love

Obsidian - Jennifer L. Armentrout

"HOLY ALIEN BABIES EVERYWHERE"

This book is the beez neez, I have never read a more entertaining group of words in my life, I was constantly laughing! Like a Slap your knee, Cant catch your breathe between the hysterics kind of of laughter.

This book was hot, adorable, and all out swoon worthy, You will love Daemon and Katy's constant Hate love relationship and the friendship between Katy and Dee is so sweet it makes you realize what a true friend should really be like (Aside from the Alien part that is of course).

Only person I found myself totally disliking in this book was Ash, The Jealous Alien ex-girlfriend who seem to have no big purpose other then to make everyone mad! including me!!

This is a book for Young adults and adults a like, It gives a new twist to the Alien Concept that everyone should love, so if you are thinking, "This book is not for me, I don't like Alien books" well get over yourself and succumb to this wonderful experience, YOU WILL NOT REGRET IT!.

Time for the Synopsis!

Enjoy :)

Starting over sucks.

When we moved to West Virginia right before my senior year, I'd pretty much resigned myself to thick accents, dodgy internet access, and a whole lot of boring.... until I spotted my hot neighbor, with his looming height and eerie green eyes. Things were looking up.

And then he opened his mouth.

Daemon is infuriating. Arrogant. Stab-worthy. We do not get along. At all. But when a stranger attacks me and Daemon literally freezes time with a wave of his hand, well, something...unexpected happens.

The hot alien living next door marks me.

You heard me. Alien. Turns out Daemon and his sister have a galaxy of enemies wanting to steal their abilities, and Daemon's touch has me lit up like the Vegas Strip. The only way I'm getting out of this alive is by sticking close to Daemon until my alien mojo fades.

If I don't kill him first, that is.

SPOILER ALERT!
Masque of the Red Death - Bethany Griffin Dance of the Red Death - Bethany Griffin
"Ok, so here's the deal, I Absolutely adored "Masque of the Red Death" It was enchanting and just all out wonderful to me, I was so taken in by the story that every time something happened to one of the characters I felt like it was happening to my best friend, I would cry for them, laugh with them and wish desperately that I could help figure things out with them. I loved all the Characters Especially Elliott, for the first half I was Rooting for Araby and Will to be together because he just seemed like the perfect Gentlemen until that all went to crap in a epic twist toward the end of the book, But luckily by that time I had done switched over to Rooting for Elliott full force that I was almost glad Will did what he did because it made me feel less. Well.. Guilty for turning my back on Team Will. I loved the ending of this book because it ended how I hoped it would...

I was so happy and content with things the way they were and I knew that my happiness and contentment would end with the second book.. But I carried on anyhow, which I thoroughly regret because it shattered that world for me, Tainted the first book for me and now I just don't have that closeness feeling with the characters that I did with the first one. So if you want to read these books, Honestly id still Recommend them, But if you love Elliott and don't want to be disappointed.. Read the first one and just be happy with the ending of Masque and just assume all's well after that, that they saved the day and everything was happily ever after with whom ever you want Araby with.. Imagine your own ending.. I wish I had of.

What did everyone else think on these books? Were you Team Elliott or Team Will, How did you like the endings? "
